  • We will contact you if we think we may a suitable role for you.

Contact you for a discussion

  • Discuss your CV – experience and qualifications and potential opportunities
  • Understand your requirements – type of work, availability to work, preferred locations, shift length (8 and 12 hr shifts) type (eg AM. PM, ND, Weekends)
  • If appropriate, we will seek your permission to send your CV to potential hospitals

Interview (please bring original documents with you)

  • Learn how we will roster, pay you and how to best work with us and our hospitals
  • Difference between Public and Private Hospitals. Use of timesheets and pay rates
  • Mandatory training requirements
  • Answer any questions you may have and give you a draft letter of employment (when working at Private Hospitals)

  • Review all your documentation/checks to ensure compliance with standards

  • From two referees who have supervised your work
  • Me may need your help to get these completed expeditiously

Employment Confirmation

  • Acceptance of employment
  • Give you a uniform and ID badge
  • Public Hospitals – start on-boarding process

We will work with you to simply explain what documentation is required. Correct documentation results in a speedy recruitment.
